  Week 14 Celebrate your Life Whew! I did it! This course has given me the opportunity and tools for self-reflection, been a struggle for me, and caused me to stretch and grow and reframe the way that I look at some things. It has also validated some of the life decisions that I have made. If you had one final lecture to share with a group of students on what you have learned from this course, what would you share?  It's ok if your sphere of influence isn't world-changing or life-altering or you don't care to develop a new technology that never existed before. It's ok to be content with a small, yet successful company, or a medium, yet successful company. It's ok to fail, and get up and try again, having learned lessons on the way. Look to make a difference in your sphere. Look to make a difference in your field, in your community, for your employees, and in your family. Create a work/life balance that you and your family are comfortable with and make it a top prior
 Week 13 A Journey of Gratitude My learning from the course concepts this week: I appreciated the reminder to have gratitude. President Monson suggested six things we might focus our gratitude on: mothers, fathers, teachers, friends, country, and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It connected with some of the readings over this course that mentioned the importance of taking time to recognize and be grateful for blessings. Having gratitude as a practice helps with positive mental health, and is something that I need to focus on in my life a little more. One theme that I took away from the various readings and videos was that it's important to do something that you enjoy, even though there may be aspects of it that you do not enjoy. In the case study of Randy Harkin, there were many aspects of entrepreneurship that he enjoyed as he opened his consulting firm - Interactive Minds, but there were some that he did not enjoy.
